Once a bustling resort town known for their curative mineral waters, The Baker played host to movie stars and presidents. It was the most luxurious hotel in the world when it was built in the 1920s, but today, it has fallen into disrepair, and it's known as one of the most haunted places in the United States. Now in production, this documentary examines the fantastic history and sad decline of this historic landmark as a team of ghost hunters spends a night at the hotel.

A hopeless romantic and his chick-magnet roommate have their lives turned upside down by some hilarious twists of fate over one weekend. This comedy is currently in development and has already attracted the interest of several well-known Hollywood actors.
